Cheese Sauce

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • salt and pepper
  • dash of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups Kraft Cheddar Cheese
  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the butter. Stir for 1 minute.
  2. Pour in the milk. Whisk until thickened.
  3. Add the salt, pepper and Tabasco sauce.
  4. Add the Kraft Cheddar Cheese and stir until melted.
  5. Keep warm until ready to serve.
