Mom's Christmas Morning Egg Bake

Mom's Christmas Morning Egg Bake with ham, green peppers and onions.
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped ham
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced green peppers
  • 1 cup Kraft Cheddar Cheese
  • salt and pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees or 325 degrees if using a glass pan.
  2. Put the eggs in the blender. Pulse until well combined. Add the milk and blend for another minute. Add some salt and pepper.
  3. Pour into a greased 9 x 9 pan.
  4. Sprinkle the ham evenly over the top.
  5. Repeat with the onions and green peppers.
  6. Top with the Kraft Cheddar Cheese.
  7. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes or until center is set.
  8. Serve with cheese sauce.
