Spaghetti and Meatball Cupcakes

Easy buttercream frosting for my spaghetti and meatball cupcakes.
  • 1/2 cup butter - at room temperature
  • 1 lb. confectioner's sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • dash salt
  • 4 - 6 tablespoons milk
  1. Mix together the butter, confectioner's sugar and salt. When the butter is thoroughly incorporated add 4 tablespoons of the milk. Add remaining milk if necessary.
  2. Beat the frosting on high until light and fluffy, about 5 minutes. Frosting should be stiff enough to hold it's shape.
