Juicy blueberries with an oatmeal, almonds and raw sugar topping. Great served with ice cream while still warm from the oven.
Ingredients
1 pint blueberries
2 tablespoons Stevia or 3 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons flour
lemon zest
Topping
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 tablespoons raw sugar
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
Put blueberries in the dishes you are going to bake them in. I used small round bakers that have been sprayed with cooking spray. Sprinkle with flour and sugar.
Put all of the topping ingredients in a small bowl. Mix it up so that the mixture is in crumbles. Sprinkle the mixture over the blueberries.
Bake in a 400 degree oven for 20 - 30 minutes. Crumble will be browned and blueberries bubbly around the edges.
