Delicious French Toast made using Little Northern Bakehouse Gluten Free Cinnamon and Raisin Bread.
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 loaf Little Northern Bakehouse Cinnamon and Raisin Bread
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • cooking spray
  1. Beat the 3 eggs in a pie pan.
  2. Dip the bread in the egg mixture. Allow it to soak for a few minutes.
  3. Preheat your pan. Spray with cooking spray.
  4. Cook bread for several minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
