T Bone Steak with Roasted Corn, Sweet Cherries and Barbecue Sauce

Tender T Bone steaks marinated in Budweiser Sizzlin' Steakhouse Marinade, topped with Roasted Corn, Grilled Onions, Sweet Cherries and Cilantro.
  • 2 T Bone Steaks
  • 1 pouch Budweiser Sizzlin' Steakhouse Marinade
  • Budweiser Classic Barbecue Sauce
  • Topping
  • 3 ears corn
  • 1/2 lb. sweet cherries
  • 1/2 sweet onion sliced
  • cilanto
  • Sauce
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Budweiser Classic Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 - 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 clove garlic - minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon shallot pepper or pepper to taste
  1. Place the corn after shucking into the Budweiser Sizzlin' Steakhouse Marinade. Marinate for 2 hours. Remove from bag and place steaks in bag for 30 minutes.
  2. Roast the corn until it starts to get a little color. Add the onions to the grill with the corn and cook until they start to soften. Remove. Cut corn from cobs. Chop onions. Pit the cherries and slice some in half. Add a handful of chopped cilantro. Mix together and set aside.
  3. Mix together the sauce ingredients and set aside.
  4. Grill the steaks to your desired doneness. Brush with the Budweiser Classic Barbecue Sauce just before removing from grill.
  5. Top with the corn mixture and put some of the sauce over all.
