Peanut Butter Krispies Easter Eggs

Peanut Butter Krispies Easter Eggs with a hidden surprise inside. I used Reese's mini peanut butter cups in the center.
Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 bag marshmallows
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 6 cups rice krispies
  • Reese's mini peanut butter cups
Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a large pan.
  2. Add the marshmallows and melt them. Stir them almost continuously.
  3. When melted stir in the peanut butter.
  4. Add rice krispies.
  5. To fill the eggs I used a large tablespoon of the rice crispy mixture and put a slight indent in the top. Then filled the top with a tablespoon of the rice crispy mixture pressing it in lightly. Add the Reese's Mini Peanut Butter Cup. Leave a little extra of the rice krispies around the candy. Press the two halves together, it should be a little tight. This will finish packing the krispies mix in the egg. Let set for a few minutes and unmold egg.
