Roasted Chicken Tenderloins with Bacon and Cheese served with potatoes and onions all roasted in one pan.
Ingredients
1 package chicken tenderloins
4 slices bacon
2 slices cheddar cheese
3-4 potatoes
1 small onion
salt and pepper
cooking spray
Instructions
Salt and pepper the tenderloins. Cut the cheese slices in half. Lay a half slice on the tenderloin and wrap it with the bacon slice. Place on a greased cookie sheet. (I lined mine with foil for easy cleanup.
Peel the potatoes and cut into a small dice. Place them around the chicken tenderloins. Dice up a small onion and scatter over the potatoes. Spray the potatoes lightly with cooking spray. Add salt and pepper.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
