Roasted Chicken Tenderloins with Bacon and Cheese served with potatoes and onions all roasted in one pan.
  • 1 package chicken tenderloins
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 3-4 potatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • salt and pepper
  • cooking spray
  1. Salt and pepper the tenderloins. Cut the cheese slices in half. Lay a half slice on the tenderloin and wrap it with the bacon slice. Place on a greased cookie sheet. (I lined mine with foil for easy cleanup.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut into a small dice. Place them around the chicken tenderloins. Dice up a small onion and scatter over the potatoes. Spray the potatoes lightly with cooking spray. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
