Fettuccini Alfredo

Ingredients
  • Alfredo Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup Florida Farmers Dairy Milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 small garlic cloves crushed
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
  • Pasta
  • 1/2 - 3/4 lb. fettuccine
Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Stir in the flour until it is well coated with the butter.
  2. Add the heavy cream. Cook for 3 - 4 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic, salt and milk. Stir until well mixed. Do not let boil.
  4. Add the fresh parmesan cheese and parsley. Whisk until cheese is melted into the sauce.
  5. Cook the pasta until ala dente. Add the sauce.
