- Alfredo Sauce
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup Florida Farmers Dairy Milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 small garlic cloves crushed
- salt
- 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
- Pasta
- 1/2 - 3/4 lb. fettuccine
- Melt the butter in a saucepan. Stir in the flour until it is well coated with the butter.
- Add the heavy cream. Cook for 3 - 4 minutes.
- Add the garlic, salt and milk. Stir until well mixed. Do not let boil.
- Add the fresh parmesan cheese and parsley. Whisk until cheese is melted into the sauce.
- Cook the pasta until ala dente. Add the sauce.
