Easy Homemade Pizza Crust

Thin, crispy pizza crust.
Ingredients
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups cold water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl fitted with the dough hook attachment, combine the flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Add the oil and water. Mix together until the dough comes together. Using the dough hook knead the dough for 3 - 4 minutes.
  2. Place the dough in a bag that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Close tightly and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
  3. To use, cut the dough in half. Shape into a ball. Place on a greased baking sheet (I use the back of my cookie sheets). Let set covered for 15 minutes. Roll out dough to a 12 inch round.
  4. Top with desired toppings. Bake at 500 degrees for about 10 - 12 minutes.
